Lord God
We thank you for our mothers.
Please help us to say thank you to them for all their love and care.
May they know how important they are, and how they show us your love and care.
We especially thank you for all who pray for us, and help us to find the right path through life.
Caring God
May we care too.
Lord God,
We thank you for all those who take an interest in our lives, and help to keep us safe.
Please bless all who work for our good, including police and politicians, doctors and hospitals, and all the emergency agencies. May we always keep an eye open for others, especially those who are sad and suffering, in trouble or danger. Show us how we can help.

May we care too.
Lord God,
We thank you for those who help us grow in body, mind and spirit.
Please bless teachers and all who work in schools and places of education. We pray for churches, their leaders and congregations. Help us to enjoy discovering more about you and your world, to care for people and planet, and to choose right from wrong.

We thank you for you!
Thank you that you are always there for us. We pray particularly that broken families, bereaved families, and those whose hope in you is fragile, will remember that
you will never leave us or forsake us.
Thank you that everyone can join your family, and that you have good plans for all our lives, now and for ever.
