Message from the Rector
Ow sos ger,
I know that you have been holding Revd Linda and her family in your
prayers, we have been sent this message from Archdeacon Clive:
"Linda is taking a period of special leave in order to support her
family. She is very appreciative of your prayers and hopes to be able
to update you at some time in the future when things are clearer."
Please do continue to hold Linda and her family in your prayers.
In the meantime, across the patch, I am trying to find suitable cover
for services. Revd Pat and Revd Brian have been of tremendous support
and you will see them from time to time as they step into some of what
Linda was doing.
However, there are a few gaps and I wonder if you can
help? Revd Linda was very good at visiting people at home, and if
possible I do not want people to miss out on being visited by the
church, if you know of someone who would like a visit, please can I
ask that you contact them and me. Please do ask their permission
first. I, or a colleague, will be willing to visit individuals for a
visit or for Home Communion.
