Ladock Church Fete Saturday 27 June
A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL STALLHOLDERS, HELPERS AND ANYONE ELSE WHO WORKED SO HARD TO MAKE LADOCK CHURCH FETE 2026 THE SUCCESS IT WAS
You have probably heard by now that the fete made over £4,000!!!! There may be a few small amounts to come in but that is a truly wonderful amount. Last year was exceptional because we had the Bells Appeal but this year overtook 2024 by a few hundred pounds…well done!
Thank you all for preparing and running your stalls so well and so efficiently, especially on such a hot day! Enclosed is a breakdown of what each Stall made if you interested.
Thank you to all those who provided a vital role in helping stallholders with car parking, baking, growing and nurturing plants, crafting, face painting, drawing portraits, running games, donating anything that could be sold or used, wading in the river, setting up and clearing the Hall, lugging heavy books, prizes, wine and water, gifts and collectibles around…and heavy bags of cash to the bank!…putting up bunting, sourcing prize money and prizes, dashing out to buy ice lollies, plus the 101 other things that had to be done.
Please forward this email on to anyone who helped you as we don’t have a complete list of helpers’ email details.
Thank you once again from us and from Ladock Church for everything you have done to make the fete a financial success and, most importantly, an enjoyable community event.
Carey, Jen, Amanda and Ladock PCC
