This Sunday’s service of Holy Communion at 11.00 am will be taken by Reverend Linda.

Calendar for this weekend and the week ahead

Saturday 2 November: Coffee morning in Ladock Community Hall 10.00 – 12.00. Proceeds will be passed to Graham (Morcom)’s All Terrain Wheelchair Fundraiser. Our coffee morning is the warm-up for the main fundraising event at Sir Robert Harvey Memorial Hall in Grampound Road, starting at 2.00 pm (See Poster below).

Monday 4 November: Bible Study Class, Oxturn House, 11.00 am; School Assembly 2.30 pm

Tuesday 5 November: Morning Prayer 9.00 am; Licensing of Reverend Caroline Hubbard at Probus, 7.00 pm.

Wednesday 6 November: Ringers’ practice, evening.

Thursday 7 November: Choir Practice 10.00 – 12.00.

Sunday 10 November: Remembrance Sunday Act of Remembrance and Service 10.50 am,

to be taken by Reverend Caroline. Do please stay for coffee and to meet Caroline afterwards.

The Church is open for private prayer every day during daylight hours.

Following last week’s very sad news, we are awaiting details of the funeral arrangements. I will pass them on as soon as they are available.

Sunday 15 December: Carol Service, 6.00 pm.

Bible Study Classes with Pat

STARTING 11.00 am 14 OCTOBER, the Hasmoneans, King Herod, Roman rule and Jesus' ministry in Galilee. (6-7 weeks).

STARTING JANUARY, Jesus' last week. His crucifixion and resurrection. The Acts of the Apostles, the letters of Paul and the stories of the Apostles' ministry. (7 weeks)
