Talk by Michael Swift on Ladock’s Stained Glass Windows

As highlighted in the last edition of the Ladock News, we were privileged to host a talk by Michael Swift on our stained glass on the afternoon of 8 September. For over an hour, the audience of over fifty was informed, educated and entertained, in the best Reithian tradition. Michael placed the windows in their national context, drew attention to their importance within Cornwall and highlighted their local and personal connections. The afternoon was a true delight and we are so grateful to him for making the effort to come, in spite of a bout of illness. Over £250 was raised for Ladock Church funds and the Cornwall Historic Churches Trust.
